Releases - How to Undo a Release

If a hold was accidentally released from the Holds page, Express supports the ability to reverse all releases, multiple releases or just a single release.

How to Undo Releases

1. Navigate to Results > Manage Results > Releases 

   

2. Select the checkbox next to each release that you wish to undo
3. Click the Undo button 
4. The system will alert you that the release has been undone successfully.
