Draws - Manual Draw Adjustments

Manual adjustments happen after commissions and draws. With that in mind, if you have the scenario:

Commission: $1000

Draw: $1500 (draw type 1)

Draw Amount: $500

Total Payout: $1500 ($1000 Commission + $500 Draw)

Manual Adjustment: -$400

Based on your description, it sounds like you want the manual adjustments to happen before draws are considered. The system is designed to have manual adjustments after the commissions and draws. If you would like to have the manual adjustments not affect the $1500 payout, you will need to make the draw $1900 and not $1500 to counteract the manual adjustment.

To change the draw:

1. Go to Results > Manage Results > Draws
2. Either search for the rep's name or click "Add a Draw" to pull up the entire list of users
3. If you clicked "Add a Draw" > in the drop-down menu select the rep's name
4. Select the toggle for "Recovery Results"
5. Under the "Draw Balance" click "Edit"
6. Manually adjust the draw balance to where you would like it to be. For example, if the draw balance is 2,425.53, to make it 0, you will enter -2,425.53
7. Save.
