Credits - Credits Tab
Credits are the sub-components of a plan that tie together quotas and deals. Using the Define: Credits area in a plan, Admin's can specify a name for each credit rule, select a quota to associate, define the primary crediting method, and define additional filters, as required. Once a quota is determined and associated with a credit rule, the credit rules will show in the Credits tab.
To navigate to the Credits tab go to Results > Manage Results > Credits. Once there, Admins will be able to see credit results for each period depending on MTD, QTD, YTD, and Annual results.Each line item showing is per rep, per credit rule, and per period.
Last Name: The last name associated with the credit.
First Name: The first name associated with the credit.
Plan: The plan associated with the credit.
Period: The period of the credit.
Year: The year of the credit.
Credit: The name of the credit rule.
Annual Credit: The amount of credit fulfilled in a one-year period.
Annual Quota: The end sales goal(s) over a one-year period.
MTD Credit: The amount of credit calculated on a Month-to-Date basis, or in between the current calculated month and the current date.
Monthly Attainment: The amount of credit fulfilled in a single period (i.e. month).
MonthlyQuota: The monthly quota is based on the setup from the associated plan.
QTD Credit: The amount of credit calculated on a Quarter-to-Date basis, or in between the current calculated quarterly period and the current date.
Quarterly Attainment: The amount of credit fulfilled in a single quarter.
Quarterly Quota: The predetermined end sales goal(s) for a single quarter.
QTD MonthlyAttainment: The amount of credit fulfilled across ongoing months on a quarterly basis.
QTD Monthly Quota: The end sales goal(s) across ongoing months over a one-quarter period.
YTD Credit: The amount of credit calculated on a Year-to-Date basis, or in between the current calculated year starting January 1st, and the current date.
YTDMonthly Attainment: The amount of credit fulfilled across ongoing months in a one-year period. For example: In January, the attainment is 100; In February of the same year that attainment is now 200, and so on in a cumulative process.
YTD Monthly Quota: The end sales goal(s) across ongoing months over a one-year period.
YTD Quarterly Attainment: The amount of credit fulfilled across ongoing quarters over a one-year period.
YTD Quarterly Quota: The end sales goal(s) across ongoing quarters over a one-year period.
Drill Down Options:
Admins can drill into each rep's credit attainment details for a specific plan and period by clicking on the blue text. When you click on the blue text (i.e. MTD Credit, QTD Credit) a pop-out window will appear with the rep-specific details.
Additionally, when clicking the Magnifying Glass ( )next to the rep's name, will lead the Admin to another pop-up window that provides information on their credit attainment and allows for Manual Credit Adjustments
Period: The period of the credit. The dark gray bar indicates the current period.
Calculated Attainment: This is the calculated credit attainment amount for each period.
Manual Adjustment: Admins can make Manual Credit Adjustments for the current period and any future periods.Credit Adjustments are created manually by the Admin and cannot be automated. They are used to adjust credits up or down for a specific rep due to credits outside of Express.
NOTE: You cannot make adjustments to past periods which have been closed.
Total Attainment: This provides a summation of the calculated attainment along with the manual adjustments, if any, that were made in the current period.
Cumulative Attainment: This is a running total of attainment (i.e. YTD Attainment).
Talk Bubble Icon: Admins can add a comment by clicking the talk bubble icon for the corresponding credit and period. From there, they can type a comment, and click the Save button.
NOTE: A gray icon indicates that there is no existing comment. An orange icon indicates that a comment exists, which you can update, as needed.
