Decimals and Rounding
Express can use a max of 4 decimal places to the right to calculate the payment rate. However, in the user interface (UI), Xactly will only display 2 decimal places when showing results.
For example, when you look to the pop-up window under Dashboards and select the hold amount, this will show only 2 decimal places to the right.
Express will calculate beyond the 2 decimal places for the overall payout, but only show 2 in the UI. In XCPayoutDetails* report, it will show four places as this is a more detailed view for both rates and payouts.
This also applies to importing details via Excel:
Amount in an Excel File: 100.123456789
The amount stored when Imported: 100.1235
The amount displayed in Express: 100.12
The amount used during Credit/Payment Calculation: 100.1235
