Carrot Icon

When in the Sales Admin view, users can hover over the carrot icon (i.e. arrow pointing down) and have additional options available:

Return to Salesforce: This will take you back to Salesforce.

Logout of Salesforce: This will log you out of Salesforce and therefore log you out of Express.

Goto Xactly Insights: If you have purchased Xactly Insights, this will lead you to your Xactly Insights  portal.

NOTE: If Insights have not been purchased, clicking this button will leave you are your current page. 

Help Documentation: This will lead you into the Support portal. This is where you will be able to log cases, check past cases, and access our Knowledge Base articles.

NOTE: This is a separate login from Salesforce. 

Search bar: This search bar is utilized for user look-ups. If you want to search for quick details for a particular user, enter in their name, and click on search.
