Holds - Where will holds show for Deactivated Users?

Deactivated Users will continue to show in three places in Express until all outstanding holds have been either released or deleted. See Deactivated Users (PDF) for more details on how to deactivate a user.

Reports in Salesforce:

All deactivated user holds shown under the Admin's name in reporting. The best report to view all current period holds (including deactivated users) is using the XCPayoutDetails report. This report will display deal details.

To add in the Original Owner's name to the report:

1. Go to Salesforce > Setup > Report Type
2. Search for XCPayoutDetails report > Edit Layout
3. On the right side of the screen click "Add fields related via lookup"
4. Go to DealResultID > MeasureResultID > check off "Owner"
5. Ok > Save > go back to your XCPayoutDetails report > Customize > search for "Owner" on the left side. It will be the one under the folder "XCPayoutDetail".

Payroll file:

All deactivated users with holds will remain on the Payroll file with a 0 payout until the hold is released or deleted.

If released, the amount will show in the payroll file. If deleted, the user will show 0 for that period, but once the period the hold is released or deleted is closed (and there are no remaining holds for that user) the user’s name will be removed from the Payroll File.

Payments tab:

Under Results > Manage Results > Payments, deactivated users will remain to show with a hold balance until it is released or deleted.

Once the period the hold is released or deleted is closed, and there are no remaining holds (see above for how to release or delete a hold), the user’s name will be removed from this Payments tab list.

You will know a user is deactivated when you go to the Payments tab and click on any of the black text in the row for the user. If you look to the bottom left corner "Adjust Payments" will be removed:
