Holds - Filter Based on Payee Status

Overview

Administrators are able to filter holds based on payees status. Specifically, admins can choose from multiple options:

• Only show holds with active payees
• Only show holds with inactive payees
• Show holds for all payees status

Enabling the Filters

• Log into Xactly Express and navigate to Results > Manage Results > Holds
• Click on Create New View or Edit View

  

• Input all necessary fields required for this filter
• Step 2 contains the new options for active/inactive payees

  

• After creating this custom view, scroll down and click Save
