How to Test a Mapping

You can use the Define Deal Attributes area to map deal attributes between Salesforce and Express. To test and confirm the field you have mapped to will pull in the correct information:

1. Go to Express > Setup > Define Deal Attributes > Click a Mapping in the Existing Mappings pane to display the corresponding mapping.
2. Click Options > Test Mapping. The Data Mapping Test dialog appears.
3. In Step A, choose the mapping to test using the drop-down list.
4. In Step C, select a deal to test.
5. Click the Test My Mapping button. 

   The test results appear on the right side of the dialog.

6. Click the Cancel/Close button to dismiss the dialog.
