What Periods Show on Manager and Rep Dashboards

Admins can set up what latest period a rep can see. Admins cannot hide any past periods but can prevent reps from seeing currently open periods and future periods. To make changes to the dashboards:

1. Go to Setup > Other Settings > section F
2. Select which option > Save

Show current and future period: if you are in April it will show April results and May results in the dashboard

Always show current period: if you are in April, the dashboards will only show April results

Always show the latest finalized period: if you are in April, the dashboards will show March results.
