Bookings

Booking is a sales order, often signed.

Booking Date (aka Order Date)

The booking date is the date the order is signed and accepted by the company.

Cancellations

When orders are canceled the commission and bonus payments that have been made are usually no longer considered earned. A policy should be put in place to recover any payments that were made.
