Credit, But No Longer Payment

If you want a rep to get credit, but no payment, you can either create a credit rule that does not have an associated payment rule or you have other reps on the same plan and only this rep should not get a payment. To do this, you will want to do the following:

1. Go to the payment rule > section F
2. Click Add Qualifier > Edit Rule on the new qualifier
3. Click Add Criteria
   1. Drop Down Menu 1: Deal
   2. Drop Down Menu 2: Salesperson
   3. Drop Down Menu 3: =
   4. Drop Down Menu 4: Rep Name
4. Name the qualifier in the upper left corner
5. Click Save/Close > click the floppy disk to save the entire rule

This will make it so the rep gets a 0% rate on all deals. Please note that the system still considers “0” a payout. So if under Results > Manage Results > Payments > Customize View > Commission Statement Details > "Show deals with $0 earned" is checked, those deals will show up on the Commission Statement as the rep has earned 0.00. Unchecking this will reflect for all reps.
