Setting Up a Team-Based Credit

Sometimes teams earn credits instead of an individual. This tutorial will show you how to easily set up a team-based credit.

1. To add a team-based credit navigate to the plan you would like to add the credit

   Express > Plans > Edit Plan > Define Credits > Select the plan you need to add the credit to > Box C Source Of Credit > View Options > Select Team > Use the pull-down menu to select <<New Team>> 

   

2. A new window will pop up

   

3. Select the rep you would like to build the team for from the pull-down menu (Yellow Highlighter)
4. Select reps from one list and use the arrows in the middle to put the reps on to the team (Green Highlighter) 
5. Save
6. You have just created a team-based credit rule.

Please note: if you establish multiple teams in your credit rule, the only team that will be active when you run calculations is the team showing in the drop-down when you save the rule.

Please note: Referring to the above example screenshot; if you wanted Ben to also get credit on his team you would have to add him to the team list to the right as well as the other users.
