Showing Monthly Quarterly or Annual Quota in Plan Document Export

1. Go to Plans > Edit Plans > Define Quota
2. Select "Enter quota by Plan" there is an option to "Activate" monthly and/or quota.
3. If, for example, Monthly has been activated, then the Plan Document, when exported, will show Monthly results. If you click the X button under "Monthly" and/or the "Activate" option is not selected already, then it will only show Quarterly in the Plan Document.
4. Under "Enter quota by Person" depending on what is activated (i.e Monthly or Quarterly or Annually) the expanding arrows will show. In other words, if you do not have Monthly activated then you cannot expand the quota details under “Enter quota by Person” to show Monthly.
