Negative Quota

At this time, Express cannot properly function with negative quotas. Instead, we recommend inputting the absolute value and then in the credit rule in section E, creating two qualifiers under the split percentage. For example:

Qualifier #1:

Formula:

1. Numeric Value: -1.00

Mathematical symbol: x

1. Data Field: "Amount Field "

Advance Formula: (1 AND 2)

The qualifier will be "Amount Field " < 0, then the formula is (-1.00 X "Amount Field") to create a positive deal.

Qualifier #2:

Formula:

1. Numeric Value: -1.00

Mathematical symbol: x

1. Data Field: "Amount Field "

Advance Formula: (1 AND 2)

The qualifier will be "Amount Field " > 0, then the formula is (-1.00 X "Amount Field") to create a negative credit amount to go against the quota.
