Logging Into Insights

It is important to note that Insights is housed on our Xactly platform vs. Express which is on the Salesforce platform. Because of this in order to get access to Insights, Admin's will need to log into Incent and navigate to Insights. Through the Express App there is a direct link to Insights that prevents Admins from having to log directly into Incent.

Overall, Sales Admin's can log in two ways:

Express Login

1. Go to Salesforce > Xactly Express
2. However over the carrot icon in the upper right corner of the page
3. Click "Goto Xactly Insights". This will lead you to the tab in Salesforce.

   

Salesforce Login

1. Go to Salesforce > in the header click "Xactly Insights"

    

Incent Login

1. Go to login.xactlycorp.com
2. Using the previously provided username and password, log into Incent
3. Go to the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of Incent > click "Insights"
