How to Schedule Calculations

1. Go to Setup

   

2. Go to Apex Classes within Setup 
   • App Setup> Develop> Apex Classes 

     

3. Click the Schedule Apex button

   

4. Select Apex Class
   • Click the magnifying glass to select the Apex Class to schedule

     

5. Find Apex Class
   • Search for and select the Apex Class to collect "XactlySMBRunAllStepsScheduler"

     

     Note: You will want to create at least two processes. You will want to schedule your imports (if coming from Salesforce) and the Calculations.

6. Set/Save Schedule
   • Create a Job Name, select the Frequency, and select the preferred start time.
