Are my calculations stuck - How do I check its progress

If an Org's calculations have been running for a long time, you can check on its progress in Salesforce.

How to check your calculations' progress:

1. In Salesforce, click on your name, then click Setup
2. In the left navigation panel, expand Monitoring and click Apex Jobs.
3. In the Apex Jobs page, search for the job row with Apex Class named "XactlySMBCalcBatchImpl".
   Look at the Status, Total Batches, and Batches Processed columns' values to see your calculation's status.
4. Refresh the page (or press F5 on your keyboard) and look at the Batches Processed value of that apex job row for a real-time calculation status check.
