How to Locate an Error in Calculations

If next to the Results tab it shows a red dot, this indicates an error has occurred in calculations. To find out what the error is please do the following:

1. Go to Results > Run Calculations
2. Show Steps > Show Old Logs
3. The logs will show details on the error.

NOTE: The logs show calculations as of the current period. Once a period is closed, the logs will rest themselves.
