End Users can see Xactly Admin Dashboard folder in Salesforce Reports

If End Users are able to see the Xactly Admin Dashboard folder but are a Sales Manager or Sales Rep role in Express and when clicking the down arrow next to the folder name > Share > no users are listed as being shared with:

This is due to Profile permissions.

1. Go to Setup > Manage Users > Profiles
2. Select the profile the user(s) who are able to see the folder > click Edit
3. Under Administrative Permissions uncheck “View Dashboards in Public Folders”
4. Save
