XCPayoutDetails Showing No results

If XCPayoutDetails is showing no results, but all other reports are, this is due to the Bulk Export option within Express being turned off. Since the XCPayoutDetails object is how the Commission Statements are produced, there is a separate option for exporting the statements. To turn on bulk export and allow for the XCPayoutDetails report to show details go to Express > Other Settings > section K.

NOTE: If in period 4 and bulk export is newly turned on periods 1 - 3 will not appear in the report. In order to show all periods, you will have to roll back to period 1 and re-run calculations. The report will be updated after Step 3 is completed.
