Duplicate Lines in XCPayoutDetails Report

The below filters should be automatically added to the XCPayoutDetails report, however, if the reporting package is 1.5 or below, or the report is being created from scratch, please add in the below filters to prevent duplicates:

DealResultID: MeasureResultID: ProcessID: Type equals Post  

AND Is Released? (Y/N) equals False

AND DealResultID: MeasureResultID: ProcessPlanID: Status equals Latest
