Confirm Reps are on the Correct Plans and have the Correct Quota

This report is used to verify that all reps are attached to their proper plans and have proper quotas setup.

First, you will need to create the XCProfilePlan report within Salesforce:

1. In Salesforce go to Setup > Create > Report Types
2. Click the tab "New Custom Report Types"
   • Report Type Focus: XCProfilePlan
   • Report Type Label: XCProfilePlan
   • Report Type Name: XCProfilePlan
   • Description: XCProfilePlan
   • Store in Category: Other Reports
   • Reports Deployment: Deployed
3. Click Next > Save

You will then want to go and set up the new report under the Reports tab. To create the report:

1. Go to Reports > New Report > search for "XCProfilePlan" > Create
2. Under "Show " change from "My xcprofileplan" to "All xcprofileplan"
3. The following fields are recommended to add to the report:
   • PlanID: Custom Object Label Name
   • Owner: Full Name
   • QuotaId: Frequency*
   • M1Amount - M12Amount
   • Q1Amount - Q4Amount

*QuotaId: Frequency is a hidden field, you need to do the following to add it to the report:

1. In Salesforce go to Setup > Create > Report Types
2. In the upper right corner, select "X" > select "XCProfilePlan"
3. Click "Edit Layout"
4. On the right side, in the drop-down menu under "View" select "XCQuotaDetails Fields"
5. Select "Add fields related via lookup »"
6. XCQuotaDetails > QuotaId > Frequency
7. Save > Go back to your XCProfilePlan report under Reports > click "Run Report" to update, then "Customize" to add the new field.
