How to Find Who Your Salesforce System Administrator

To ensure that Support has access to all necessary components within your account, we will need the Salesforce System Administrator to grant Xactly Support access. In order to find out who your System Administrator is, you may:

1. Navigate to Express > Setup > Manage Users
2. Under Profile Name, search for System Administrator. You will also want to find a System Administrator that has the box under Express User checked. This is the person that Support will need to provide access to ensure that all necessary components of your account are accessible.
