Setup: Manage Users Tab
Sales administrators can use the Manage Users area to manage the list of Xactly Incent Express users. The user list that appears shows all potential users, allowing sales administrators to add Salesforce.com users as Incent Express users, as required.

Manage Users:
To navigate to the Manage Users section go to Express > Setup > Manage Users:
Seats Available:
This provides Admins at-a-glance view on how many seats are available in Express. The seats are determined by the Roles within Express.
Available Licenses:
This provides you with how many available licenses are left to be used in the application.
NOTE: This can only be seen by Salesforce System Administrators. If an Admin is not the Salesforce System Administrator they will not be able to see the Available Licenses.
Adding Users
Drop Down Menu: To display either standard or partner portal Salesforce users, choose either Standard Users or Partner Portal Users using the drop-down menu. The corresponding list of users appears.
NOTE: Partner portal users are automatically assigned the Sales Representative Role, which you cannot change.
First Name: The first name of the Salesforce.com user.
Last Name: The last name of the Salesforce.com user.
Profile Name: The profile name of Salesforce.com users that are licensed to use Xactly Incent Express.
Express User: Indicates whether the user can access Xactly Incent Express.
Express User Type: The Incent Express role of the user, from among the following:
- Read Only Sales Admin Role
- Sales Administrator Role
- Sales Management Role
- Sales Representative Role
