Bulk Export of Commission Statements

Due to Salesforce limitations on the Attachment object, Xactly is unable to do a bulk export of Commission Statements. The option in the Admin Tool is currently unavailable. We are working with Salesforce Support on this issue, but do not have an ETA.

As a workaround to gather the information, we recommend Admin's exporting details from the XCPayoutDetails report which won't look like the Commission Statements, but pulls from the same object the Commission Statements reference.

Additionally, Admin's can go through each user/period/fiscal year individually and export the Commission Statements. To get to this report go to Salesforce > Report > in the search box in the middle of the screen type in XCPayoutDetails.
