Zero Earned Deals Showing in Commission Statement

If you are seeing deals on the system where the payout is 0, this is due to a setting on the Commission Statement being turned on. This feature will show all deals as long as there is an earned amount - including 0. To turn this off go to:

1. Results > Manage Results > Payments > click "Customize" in the middle of the screen
2. Change to the third drop-down menu option "Commission Statement Detail"
3. Uncheck "Show deals with $0 earned "
