Commission Statement Not Generating

The Commission Statement won't be available due to one of the following:

1. Calculations have not been completed: the Commission Statements are created in Step 3 "Finalize Payment ", if this is still showing a light green or gray checkmark, then the Commission Statements haven't been generated.
2. There have never been any payments and credits for a user. A user has to have results to display in the Commission Statement. A Commission Statement will be produced if there are liability balances, holds, or draws, but if no results were created in the period, no Commission Statement will be created.
3. If you are in the dashboard and try to impersonate a user and select the Commission Statement, SFDC has limitations that prevent the Commission Statement from being produced.
