Cannot Open Commission Statement - but Download Initiates

In order to resolve this issue, you will need to disable the protected view within the Trust Center of Excel on your computer. To do this, you will want to:

1. In an Office program, on the File tab, click Options.
2. Click Trust Center, and then click Trust Center Settings.
3. Go to Protected View > uncheck "Enable Protected View for files originating from the internet."
