File Size and Storage Space of a Commission Statement

Commission Statements cannot be more than 5MB. Express uses Data Storage for everything except Commission Statements. Commission Statements are stored as Files and therefore eat into File Storage.

Additionally, there is a limitation on the number of line items shown in the Commission Statement. The Commission Statement will only show 500 line items per statement. Line item 1 starting with the first deal under Deals and Payments:

Any line item over 500 can be seen on the XCPayoutDetails report. This option needs to be turned on: XCPayoutDetails Report
