Commission Statement Showing No Deal Details, but XCPayoutDetails Showing Details

When exporting the Commission Statements in the bottom section where deal details show, if no information is produced, but in Salesforce, under Reports > XCPayoutDetails deal details are showing, this is a two-part issue:

Part 1: Payment Category Label

For every payment rule, you can label how you want to categorize. As a default, the two options are “Bonus” and “Commission”. This can be customized under Setup > Payment Category > section A > Add Category.

To label each payment rule:

1. Go to Plans > Edit Plans > Define Payments
2. Select the Plan, then select the payment rule missing details
3. In section A click “Additional options >>”
4. Under “Payment Category will appear on report and dashboards” select the category option.

Part 2: Commission Statement Concepts

You can customize what concepts you would like to see on the Commission Statement. This includes details showing, payment categories, and field details. If one of the categories, for example, Bonus, is unchecked in this section, then all payment rules labeled “Bonus” will not appear on the Commission Statement.

To customize the Commission Statement concepts:

1. Go to Results > Manage Results > Payments
2. Click on the button "Customize View"
3. In the drop-down menu, select "Commission Statement Concepts"
4. You will be able to uncheck/check each category

Additionally, you can also customize the fields on the Commission Statement:

1. Go to Results > Manage Results > Payments
2. Click on the button "Customize View"
3. In the drop-down menu, select "Commission Statement Details"
4. You will be able to uncheck/check each field as well as adjust the order of how the fields are displayed.
