Cannot Convert Currency

To change a sales reps’ currency from one currency, USD, to another one, GBP, you will first need to undo calculations. The reason that you need to undo calculations is that all of that information is "locked" in and the changes will not be able to be made if the information is "locked" into the system.

You can undo calculations by going into Express:

Results > Run Calculations > Show Steps > Made a Mistake? > Undo All Steps

After this has been completed, you will go back to the homepage by clicking on the Xactly Express logo in the upper left-hand corner. When you arrive at the home page, you will click on the "Currency Alert" at the bottom right-hand corner. You will be able to click on the "Convert" button. This should change the currency rate to the correct rate, GBP.
