Best Practice for formatting CSV Import file in Excel

To avoid import errors due to data formatting consistencies that may occur when you are creating your CSV import file for Express, we recommend following these steps:

1. Open a new Excel file
2. Select cell A1
3. Click on the Data tab

   

4. Click the From Text icon

   

5. Import your CSV data file
6. Set the origin to UTF-8

1. Click the Next> button
2. Check the box for Comma
   

1. Then click Next, Finish, OK and finally, Save.
