CSV File Size

If importing via CSV file, we recommend a single file not to exceed 10,000 rows. This number varies from company to company and file-to-file because it is the overall size of the file that matters. This includes which factors in a number of rows, a number of columns, and a number of characters. This is a hard limit as very large files can not be imported. If a file continues to fail when trying to upload, it is recommended to break the file into smaller files and load multiple files.
