Adding an Override to the Payment Rates

Within Express, Admins have the option to customize rates per user. This is typically done when there are multiple users on one plan, with different rates. Overrides can only be done to rates and the formulas.

1. Go to Plans > Edit Plan > Define Payment
2. Select the plan from the drop-down menu
3. Go to the payment rule > section F
4. Click the drop-down menu "Everyone on Plan" and select the rep you would like to change.

NOTE: If there is an asterisk (*) next to the rep's name then they have an override.

1. Click the fx button next to the rate > in the bottom right corner click the "Override so that the value you are paying against is different than the value you are using for quota." check box
2. Change the option to be the new override field
3. Save/Close > click the floppy disk icon to save the entire payment rule.

NOTE: Attainment Tiers cannot be customized/overridden per person as rates/formulas can. New payment rules will have to be made for each new attainment tiers. Qualifiers can be added to filter out reps or products per the payment rule.
