When Plan Percentages Use Commas Not Decimals
Countries will use commas and decimals to separate thousands and cents differently depending on the locale. Since Xactly is a US-based company, the standard practice is to use decimals to separate cents and commas to separate thousands of places.
Those reps who use commas in place of a decimal point will have their values on the deal in plans be affected. It is recommended to have those reps in different locals where the commas and decimal places are the same, to be on the same plan.
Additionally, if a rep is in EUR their deals will import in EUR, attainment will be in EUR and payout will be in EUR. However, the calculations and formulas in the actual plan are all done in USD. Express will read the 100,000% as being a hundred thousand percent to quota. In this case, the qualifiers are not being hit as the rep is not at 100,000% to quota just 100%.
