How to Find Override Rates in Payments

To find override rates for reps in a plan, you will need to look into the payment rule:

1. Go to 'Plans'. > 'Edit Plan' > 'Define Payments'.
2. In the drop-down menu, click on their appropriate plan,
3. Select the payment rule name on the left side of the screen,
4. Scroll down to section F > In the drop-down menu "Everyone on Plan" select the rep(s) name

NOTES: All overrides are shown with an asterisk next to the rep's name under "Everyone on Plan".
