Changing Attainment Value Mid-Year

The system is designed to lock in the attainment value in section E of the credit rule so it cannot be changed if under section D of the payment rule says Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual.

The value can be changed if in the first period of the time frame. In other words, if the plan goes from January - March and you are in the January period, you will need to undo calculations, but can then make changes to the value.
