Bonus Rule Pop Up Window is Blank

Since bonus rules are lump sums and not deal-based, when going to the Dashboard and clicking on the payment hyperlink to the right or going to Results > Manage Results > Payments and drilling into the pop-up window of the payment rule, the pop up will show no details. This is as designed.
