Error in Calculations - Step 3

The below error will be seen in step 3 of calculations where Commission Statements are produced:

Attempt to de-reference a null object||(XactlyExpress) ||'a0d1600000KjdddCAAV','a0d1600000KdddAF','a0d1600000KdddAF','a0d1600000dddAAV','a0d1600000KdddO','a0d1600000KjPdddd','a0d1600000KjPddd','a0d1600000KjddddAF','a0d1600000KddddF','a0d1600000dddF','a0d16…….

To resolve this issue you will need to resave the Commission Statement Details section of Express. To do this:

1. Go to Results > Manage Results > Payments > click on “Customize View” button.
2. From the drop-down menu in the new pop up window, select “Commission Statement Details”
3. Click on the “Save/Close” button
4. Click on the “Customize View” button again
5. From drop-down menu choose “Commission Statement Concepts”.  
6. Click on the “Save/Close” button.
7. Go to Results > Run Calculations
